Rusty’s 2″ Advanced Jeep TJ Lift Kit was patterned off a vehicle that Rusty built for himself. People would often ask what was on his personal Jeep TJ so we put together what we think is the most complete 2″ lift package in the industry. The Rusty’s Advanced kit will easily clear 32 inch tall tires while taking off-road performance to a whole new level!

Rusty’s used computer modeling to design coil springs that will retain the factory ride while providing the increased ground clearance required for off-road use.

The front axle is secured with a pair of our beefy extended-length fixed lower arms and a set of our multi-holed fixed upper arms. These arms correct the wheelbase after being lifted and also bring caster back into proper specifications. The rear axle is properly located by a pair of our beefy extended lower control arms as well as a pair of adjustable rear uppers arms. This rear control arm set corrects the wheels base after being lifted, and the adjustable upper arms enable the pinion angle to be properly “dialed-in” so that driveline vibrations are eliminated. The front and rear axles are properly centered under the vehicle with a heavy-duty adjustable track bars, which eliminates the failure-prone factory track bar brackets.

Rusty’s supplies Kevlar stainless steel brake lines for better braking performance and to provide the extra length needed for a suspension lift. Rusty’s Front Sway Bar Disconnects are also included to unlock maximum flex off-road, yet they can be re-mounted in seconds for excellent on-road manners. A set of extended rear sway bar links correct the rear sway bar’s operating angle. A complete set of Rusty’s Performance Shocks round out this excellent suspension package, which has everything you need to lift your TJ safely and effectively.

To further enhance your TJ’s off-road prowess, Rusty’s has a variety of additional upgrades available. Adjustable upper and lower control arms for the front axle allow the caster and wheelbase to be “dialed in”, while adjustable rear lower control arms do the same for driveline angles. These adjustable arms are also available with forged Flex Ends, which are specially designed suspension joints that allow the suspension a much greater range of movement without binding in their mounts as the axles articulate.

We proudly back our products as ‘Trail Tested Tough.’ Each of our parts go through extensive prototype testing on the trails, allowing us to improve and strengthen our designs so we release only the highest quality products. Moab, Rubicon, Tellico, Wind Rock, and Jeep Jamboree events around the country have been regular stomping grounds for the Rusty’s Off Road Testing Crew over the years. Many parts have been run and tested in some of the most grueling off road races and rallies and with this abuse and testing you can be assured you will be getting the very best part built.

Growing from that 2 bay shop to this over 65,000 you think there is no way we will run out of room, well just as soon as we finished our latest construction, we quickly found out how quickly they will fill up. We have worked hard to keep things organized and invested hours in setting up the shipping dept to get parts shipped as fast as we can.

We are constantly investing in new and upgraded equipment that allows us to build better products more efficiently and with a greater degree of accuracy than ever before. Rusty’s has invested in multiple new laser machines, multiple CNC machines, a pair of CNC press breaks, welding robots and much more in order to keep pace with our sales growth and new products production. In-house manufacturing allows us to maintain a level of quality control that could never be matched when outsourcing production.
