I recently had a horrible experience with another vendor (YotaMafia) quoting inaccurate shipment and processing details so I reached out to confirm whether suspension parts were in stock and Mike quickly responded within hours. I placed my order at 8PM EST on a Tuesday and my order was delivered that Thursday (UCAs) and Saturday (shocks, springs, panhard rod). Mike previously told me how busy they were and quoted up to 5 days before the order was shipped, but it was shipped and delivered in less than 5 days. Needless to say, I was blown away by how quickly they processed and shipped the order as well as how well the order was packaged to prevent damage during shipment, especially given the weight of the suspension. 10/10- great customer service, pricing and processing/shipment time.
