Air Locker Manifold Kit enables the installation of Air Locker solenoids to an ARB Twin Compressor CKMTA12

Designed to work seamlessly with ARB’s maximum performance on-board compressors, the 171503 Air Locker Manifold Kit enables easy installation of up to two Air Locker solenoids to an air source such as a compressor or regular gas bottle. With a working pressure of 150Psi (1030kPa), the 171503 manifold kit incorporates multiple ports for use with ARB’s Pump Up kit, as well as mounting brackets, and a Teflon stainless steel braided hose designed to cool air supply for tire inflation.

CKMTA12 ARB Twin Air Compressor:

The twin motors incorporate internal thermal protection against extreme temperature damage while a heavy duty in-line maxi fuse for each motor provides professional circuit protection. Available as either a portable kit with a 4L air tank, inflation accessories and a durable carry case or a vehicle mounted kit with associated wiring loom and mounting hardware.

This 100% duty cycle, 6.16 CFM compressor is built to support all of your compressed air needs. The CKMTA12 twin on-board compressor kits were designed to fill the off road markets need for a compact sized yet high-volume compressed air source to suit the high volume airflow needs of most air powered tools, and also to suit the actuation and control needs of the ARB Air Locker, and the harsh and demanding environment of the ARB Air Locker user. Air manifold also available for running air tools or dual lockers.

The Air Locker Manifold Kit includes:

• Manifold body with mounting bracket
• 2 x 1/8″ BSPP ports for installation of up to 2 x Air Locker solenoids
• 2 x 1/4″ NPT ports, one to be used as an input and the second could be used for installation of a pump up kit (ARB 171302)
• 1 x high temperature resistant Teflon stainless steel braided hose with heavy duty JIC4 fittings
• 2 x JIC4 – 1/4″ NPT nipples to connect the included hose to the compressor outlet and manifold kit input
• 2 x M6 hex head bolt and nylon lock-nuts for securing the manifold kit
