Dobinsons C19-538 – Dobinsons offer these coil springs that lift 3.0″ for the 2019-2022 Ford Ranger USA spec, for people looking to freshen up their suspension as well as add ground clearance. 3.0″ of lift on your Ford Ranger with 160-220LBS added front end weight, these pair up with the Dobinsons IMS19-50096 internal resi monotube front struts to properly lift your Ford Ranger and gain excellent offroad performance and handling.
