Front Coil Springs - Dual Cab Petrol/Gas Models

These specs are for a Gas/Petrol Double Cab 4x4 - Choose what lift height you want based on what added weight is on the truck. 3" coils require extra parts
A 3" lift requires using IMS or MRA struts and adding preload to get extra lift
C59-134 - Stock height with stock weight
C59-300 - 35mm lift with stock weight
C59-302 - 40mm lift with 50-100KGS added front end weight

Front Coil Springs - Dual Cab Diesel Models

These specs are for a Diesel Double Cab 4x4 - Choose what lift height you want based on what added weight is on the truck. 3" coils require extra parts
A 3" lift requires using IMS or MRA struts and adding preload to get extra lift
C59-352 - 50mm lift with stock weight up to 40KGS added
C59-354 - 45mm lift with 40-70KGS added front end weight
C59-318 - 45mm lift with 80-100KGS added front end weight

Front Struts

Front Strut Mounts

You can either reuse the OEM strut mounts, or order these to preassemble the struts and coils prior to installation

Front Strut Assembly

If you want us to preassemble the front struts, coils and strut mounts, add that charge here. Must order the strut mounts for these to be able to be assembled

Front Lift Height

If you've chosen the IMS or MRA front struts with adjustable height coil seats, as well as new strut mounts and the labor charge for assembly, let us know what added height you want with the coils

Front Upper Control Arms (UCA's)

A lift height above 2" requires new UCA's for a proper wheel alignment

Front Diff Drop Kit

This is required if lifting more than 2"

Rear Shocks

Choose from IMS monotube, or MRA 3-Way adjustable remote resi rear shocks.

Rear Lift Blocks

Instead of changing out your leaf springs and bushings, you can use these lift blocks. They come with the necessary U-Bolts to mount them as well

Select Rear Leaf Springs

Choose the leaf springs that match your added weight and desired lift height
L59-047-RP - Parabolic - 50mm lift with up to 100KG of load (comfort option)
L59-040-R - 50mm lift with up to 100KGS constant load (medium duty)
L59-041-R - 50mm lift with up to 280KGS constant load (heavy duty)

Rear Brake Adjuster

This piece is required when lifting the rear of the truck. Without it, the rear brakes will not work properly!!!

Rear Leaf Spring Bushing Kit

Required if you're ordering leaf springs

Rear U-Bolts

These are required if you're ordering the leaf springs. Use UB59-437K for the Parabolic springs, and UB59-453-2K for all of the others

Greasable Shackle Kit

The best way to grease your new greasable bushings is with this shackle kit to easily add grease and keep them riding as smooth as possible

Greasable Pin Kit

These go on the other end of the shackles, to be able to grease your greasable bushing kit

Replacement CV Boots

Whenever working on an old truck or lifting more than 2", the stock CV boots will likely fail. Add new replacements here, they're also high angle so they'll handle the lift height better

Dobinsons IMS Monotube Shock Absorbers are designed for next level performance over Twin Tube Shocks in those hot, harsh, demanding conditions. By utilizing the Monotube design, Dobinsons IMS Shock Absorbers are able to resist fade far longer on corrugated roads, long or hard working 4WD trips, towing or racing conditions.

The larger 50 and 60mm high flow pistons reduce internal pressures, reduce the heat generated, transfer heat to the body for faster cooling and offer improved damping performance and vehicle control at higher shaft speeds on rough terrain and during big impacts. Threaded bodies on struts allow for fine tuning of height and offer further improvements in cooling.

The micro-polished, hard chromed and heat treated shock shaft, CNC aluminum high flow race inspired piston, and DOM seamless tubing body provides the ultimate in performance and off-road durability.

Composite piston wear bands and a race style 3-stage sealing system offer the lowest levels of friction whilst maintaining durability and longevity. Dobinsons team of engineers spend hundreds of hours of testing and tuning the shim stacks and damping characteristics in each IMS Shock to ensure a balance of comfort, handling, vehicle control and offroad performance – Enjoy the ride

All Dobinsons™ coil springs are load tested and scragged 100% to eliminate subsequent spring sag. We also perform spring fatigue and hardness testing using in-house state of the art testing equipment.
