Description

Dobinsons PB59-1019K rear polyurethane leaf spring bush kit for Toyota Landcruiser 60 and 62 Series from 1980 to 1989 models and 40/45 Series with 35mm spring eye sizes and 70 Series – HZJ70, HZJ73, PZJ70, PZJ73 1990-1999, and FJ/BJ70, BJ71, FJ/BJ73, FJ/BJ74. Replaces OE bushes with high quality polyurethane for maximum vibration dampening and best cabin comfort. Bushes have unique internal diamond grease traps to maximize bush life and reduce squeaking or noise. These replace the OE bushing, or the bushing that is supplied with some leaf spring manufacturers which are prone to squeaking. Kit contains 6 bushes, for the fixed end and both shackle ends of each leaf spring (6 positions total).  Only one bush kit is required per vehicle.

It is recommended to add Dobinsons greasable pin (bolt) kit to the bushings so that you can add grease to the inside of the bushings without having to disassemble the suspension.  Adding grease between the pivot points reduces noise, helps maintain free movement of the suspension and also maximizes bushing life so that dirt and grit doesn’t cause the poly bushings to wear out prematurely.
