Select Front Coils
These coils lift 2-2" on a V8 Double Cab Tundra. More weight on the front end will reduce the lift height, Access Cabs will also lift more from having less weight
C59-300 - lighter spring rate - 586LB - 2" with stock weight - Using these REQUIRES buying upper coil isolators below
C59-302 - lighter spring rate - 586LB - 2.5" with stock weight, 2" with 110-175LB added weight - Using these REQUIRES buying upper coil isolators below
C59-344 - heavier spring rate - 651LB - 2" with up to 175LBS added weight
Add Upper Isolators?
Using C59-300 or C59-302 requires using these conversion upper coil isolators so that they will fit properly. 1 per vehicle
Select Front Struts
Select from Dobinsons Twin Tube fixed mount struts, or the IMS adjustable height monotube shocks with IFP technology or MRA 3-Way Adjustable remote resi shocks. Use IMS or MRA to add lift height up to 2.5"
Select Rear Shocks
Select from Dobinsons twin tube nitrogas rear shocks, IMS Monotube, or the 3-way adjustable MRA shocks with external resi
Add Dobinsons Quick Ride Kit for Rear Lift?
This Dobinsons Quick Ride Kit uses lifted blocks and longer u-bolts with your factory leaf springs to gain height (can't combine with add-a-leaf kit)
Add a Wheeler's Add-A-Leaf Kit for Rear Lift?
A 3-leaf progressive add-a-leaf kit to combine with your stock leaf springs to gain lift height (can't combine with quick ride kit)
Add a Diff Drop Kit?
If you're using the IMS struts, which have more travel, or in general want to reduce the CV operational angle, adding a diff drop kit will do that for you and reduce wear on the joints and the boots
Add new UCA's?
For the best suspension travel, ride quality, geometry and alignment, add new UCA's. The IMS struts require these for proper articulation and clearance
Add Front Bump Stops?
Add Rear Bump Stops?
Considering the age of these vehicles now, the stock bump stops have surely hardened and won't work properly if you bottom out. Upgrading now is the best time
Add Front Brake Lines?
These aren't required with any lift on this vehicle, but will increase the braking performance and feel of the pedal while braking
Add Rear Brake Line?
Upgrading the rear brake lines gets rid of the soft rubber line and increases braking performance. This is 21.5" long
Add New CV Boots?
Older CV boots tend to show their age immediately after a lift is installed. This kit brings all new CV boots, clamps, grease and the crimp tool to replace them all
Upgrade Front Brakes?
This is not required with the suspension, but considering that when adding a lot more weight and rolling mass to the vehicles, the stock brakes aren't doing the job they're supposed to. Adding the Powerbrake D-Line Rotor and Pad kit gives bolt-on excellent performance without needing to replace so many parts. Or go all out with the X-Line Big Brake Kit and add massive front stopping power with new 6-piston calipers, brake lines, pads and rotors (requires 17" wheels). D-Line Suits 2003-2006 models only, X-Line suits all 2000-2006 models

Description

Exit Offroad brings you all options to build a complete suspension system for the 2000-2006 Toyota 1st Gen Tundra with V8 Engine, 4×4, designed to give a great ride front and rear, for vehicles looking for lift, with or without a heavy aftermarket bumper or winch on the front, and standard load in the rear. The 1st Gen Tundra kits supplies new front struts and coils, new rear shocks with the option of rear lift blocks and zinc coated u-bolts or add-a-leaf kits.  Choose the appropriate coils that suits the amount of weight you carry on the front end.

Designed, developed and tested in Australia by Dobinsons Spring & Suspension, in-house suspension design engineers, Dobinsons 4×4 1st Gen Tundra shock absorbers and coil springs are designed and tested to perform in the harshest conditions right across the world. We export to over 40 countries worldwide from our Australian head office, the importance of quality is at the forefront in the complete design and manufacturing process. This ensures every shock and coil spring can withstand the blistering heat and corrugations of the Australian outback right through to the subzero temperatures of a Russian winter.

Our Twin Tube Nitrogen Gas charged shock absorbers are made from the world’s highest quality external and internal parts sourced worldwide. They provide a significant increase in performance over the standard shock absorbers. Our twin tube shock absorbers feature larger bodies, larger bores and increased valving performance to dramatically improve vehicle handling and control and reduces shock fade.

We proudly manufacture the highest quality replacement 1st Gen Tundra coil springs for many different applications, complying to ISO9001:2008 international quality standards from our state of the art manufacturing facility in Central Queensland, Australia.

All our coil springs are load tested and scragged 100% to eliminate subsequent spring sag. We also perform spring fatigue and hardness testing using in-house state of the art testing equipment.

Dobinsons IMS Monotube Shock Absorbers are designed for next level performance over Twin Tube Shocks in those hot, harsh, demanding conditions. By utilizing the Monotube design, Dobinsons IMS Shock Absorbers are able to resist fade far longer on corrugated roads, long or hard working 4WD trips, towing or racing conditions.

The larger 50 and 60mm high flow pistons reduce internal pressures, reduce the heat generated, transfer heat to the body for faster cooling and offer improved damping performance and vehicle control at higher shaft speeds on rough terrain and during big impacts. Threaded bodies on struts allow for fine tuning of height and offer further improvements in cooling.

The micro-polished, hard chromed and heat treated shock shaft, CNC aluminum high flow race inspired piston, and DOM seamless tubing body provides the ultimate in performance and off-road durability.

Composite piston wear bands and a race style 3-stage sealing system offer the lowest levels of friction whilst maintaining durability and longevity. Dobinsons team of engineers spend hundreds of hours of testing and tuning the shim stacks and damping characteristics in each IMS Shock to ensure a balance of comfort, handling, vehicle control and offroad performance – Enjoy the ride
