Rusty’s has had our Diff Skids for several years, but for the extreme off-roader, or one that just wants the best heavy-duty diff cover the money can buy, Rusty has the solution! These replacement differential covers are heavy-duty from the start! Constructed of 1/4″ laser-cut steel that is then CNC formed for a precision fit, these covers can handle anything you throw at them! Once formed, they are set up in a jig and robotically welded to ensure a leak-free seal that will last for the life of the differential and beyond. The cover features a ring that will prevent the fill plug from damage. The HD construction even helps reinforce the differential housing and prevents the casting from deflection under extreme loads. This is the best USA-made differential cover that money can buy! We could call them bulletproof, and they are, but other have already made those claims with cheap imported covers. Needless to say, this is the last differential cover you’ll ever buy for your rig.

We proudly back our products as ‘Trail Tested Tough.’ Each of our parts go through extensive prototype testing on the trails, allowing us to improve and strengthen our designs so we release only the highest quality products. Moab, Rubicon, Tellico, Wind Rock, and Jeep Jamboree events around the country have been regular stomping grounds for the Rusty’s Off Road Testing Crew over the years. Many parts have been run and tested in some of the most grueling off road races and rallies and with this abuse and testing you can be assured you will be getting the very best part built.
