Description

This Rusty’s Jeep Gladiator Leveling kit simply uses a 2″ front poly spacer and a 3/4″ rear poly spacer to level the stance of your Jeep Gladiator. Since the coil springs are retained, you can be sure this kit will retain your vehicle’s excellent factory ride! This Gladiator Leveling kit retains the use of the factory control arms and shocks as well.  You simply remove the shocks and sway bar links front and rear, then lower down the axles to get access to the top of the coil springs, install the spacers, one per coil spring, then put it back together.  This is a great entry level option for a youngster or someone just looking to change the look of their Gladiator without spending too much money.  By adding lift, you’ll raise up the body of the truck so that you’re less likely to frame out when going over obstacles when you’re hitting the trails.

With our in house manufacturing we are able to control cost and sell retail at wholesale cost without sacrificing quality.

We have over 45 years of hands on experience in the off-road vehicle industry giving us the knowledge that few of our competitors have. Rusty’s has grown from a small business serving a regional market to a worldwide company. We have grown from a small 2 bay shop to an ever growing 65,000 square foot building. Yes, we too started off with torches and big hammers but today it’s high-tech measuring devises, precision machining centers, lasers, robots and a group of very dedicated employees to produce what we think are the very best in off road products.

We proudly back our products as ‘Trail Tested Tough.’ Each of our parts go through extensive prototype testing on the trails, allowing us to improve and strengthen our designs so we release only the highest quality products. Moab, Rubicon, Tellico, Wind Rock, and Jeep Jamboree events around the country have been regular stomping grounds for the Rusty’s Off Road Testing Crew over the years. Many parts have been run and tested in some of the most grueling off road races and rallies and with this abuse and testing you can be assured you will be getting the very best part built.

Growing from that 2 bay shop to this over 65,000 you think there is no way we will run out of room, well just as soon as we finished our latest construction, we quickly found out how quickly they will fill up. We have worked hard to keep things organized and invested hours in setting up the shipping dept to get parts shipped as fast as we can.

We’re proud to say that we use state-of-the-art equipment to manufacture all of our products right here in the USA. We are constantly investing in new and upgraded equipment that allows us to build better products more efficiently and with a greater degree of accuracy than ever before. Rusty’s has invested in multiple new laser machines, multiple CNC machines, a pair of CNC press breaks, welding robots and much more in order to keep pace with our sales growth and new products production. In-house manufacturing allows us to maintain a level of quality control that could never be matched when outsourcing production.
