This Rusty’s Jeep JK Wrangler Budget Boost kit simply uses a 2″ front poly spacer and a 2″ rear poly spacer to raise the stance of your Jeep Wrangler. Since the coil springs are retained, you can be sure this kit will retain your vehicle’s excellent factory ride! This Wrangler Lift kit retains the use of the factory control arms as well.  You simply remove the shocks and sway bar links front and rear, then lower down the axles to get access to the top of the coil springs, install the spacers, one per coil spring, then put it back together.  This is a great entry level option for a youngster or someone just looking to change the look of their Wrangler without spending too much money.  By adding lift, you’ll raise up the body of the truck so that you’re less likely to frame out when going over obstacles when you’re hitting the trails.

This is the quality spacer lift people been wanting for years. Polyurethane, steel, and rubber all mixed together just does not make sense. Unlike a shock shaft or a control arm bushing that is subject to constant movement, a coil spring spacer is in a fixed position and therefore experiences very little movement, regardless of the material it is made from. Steel spacers lead to metal-on-metal contact that makes noise and can corrode, while rubber breaks down over time. Polyurethane offers the advantage of less noise, vibration, and harshness by acting as a cushion between steel components.

Just as steel and aluminum are both metal but very different materials, rubber and polyurethane are also very different. Polyurethane can be made in various durometers (hardnesses) and is far more resistant to heat, oil, and ultraviolet light than rubber. Polyurethane spacers don’t “wear out” like rubber because it is a much tougher material, doesn’t pop and make noise like steel, and allows the use of factory coil springs so you can be sure that factory ride and handling characteristics are retained. Quite simply, there is no better coil spring spacer material to use than polyurethane, and if there was, we would be using it instead. All of our polyurethane components are also proudly made in the USA.

Growing from that 2 bay shop to this over 65,000 you think there is no way we will run out of room, well just as soon as we finished our latest construction, we quickly found out how quickly they will fill up. We have worked hard to keep things organized and invested hours in setting up the shipping dept to get parts shipped as fast as we can.

We’re proud to say that we use state-of-the-art equipment to manufacture all of our products right here in the USA. We are constantly investing in new and upgraded equipment that allows us to build better products more efficiently and with a greater degree of accuracy than ever before. Rusty’s has invested in multiple new laser machines, multiple CNC machines, a pair of CNC press breaks, welding robots and much more in order to keep pace with our sales growth and new products production. In-house manufacturing allows us to maintain a level of quality control that could never be matched when outsourcing production.
