Dobinsons GS59-229 Rear Shocks Suits Toyota Hilux Revo 2016 to 2024 and Toyota Tacoma 1st Gen 1998-2004.

Dobinsons GS59-229 suitable for stock height up to 2.0″ of lift. These can be used with original leaf springs or aftermarket. Since your vehicle is pretty old now, you could use these shocks with the original leaf springs, but more than likely those stock leafs that are so old now probably have sagged out pretty bad and aren’t holding up the weight of the vehicle properly. By adding a new pair of Dobinsons leaf springs to these new shocks, as well as new pins and shackles, you’ll be setting up the rear end properly and bringing the ride height and ride quality back up to where it is supposed to be.
