  • Linear Rate Coil Springs = They do not end in a V in the part number, they are the same spring rate throughout
  • Variable Rate Coil Springs = They end in a V in the part number, they start with a lighter spring rate that progresses heavier as weight is added or as it is compressed.  Variable and Progressive mean the same thing
