Ford Ranger UCAs – front upper control arm set. This will ONLY work on a vehicle lifted 1.5″ or more, due to the built-in 3 degrees of caster. These will fit the following vehicles:
- Ford Ranger PX/T7 USA 2019-on – WITH STEEL KNUCKLES ONLY
Kit includes pressed in high quality OE style ball joints, so the Ford Ranger UCAs are ready to bolt into your truck.
These Ford Ranger UCAs will be noise-free as they use rubber bushings and a factory style ball joint. No greasing is necessary.
- Complete kit for both left and right hand side, comes assembled, OE style rubber frame bushings, and washers
- Has 3 degrees of caster built in, no adjustability or settings required
- Made from HSLA (High Strength Low Alloy) Steel, 5mm (0.2″) wall thickness, and powder coated black
- Works for any lift height of 1.5″ or more. Any height less than that, a proper wheel alignment may not be able to be achieved
- Fully sealed OE style ball joints for maintenance free life
These Ford Ranger UCAs will be noise-free as they use rubber bushings and a factory style ball joint. The Dobinsons Ford Ranger UCA’s have a rotated ball joint cup to set the ball joint to the original neutral position even with a lift, and this creates better ride quality while maximizing wheel travel. No greasing is necessary after installation, as the ball joint is sealed and it holds the grease inside with a high quality rubber boot. Zerk fittings are prone to allowing contaminants into the ball joint when regreasing and this will definitely reduce the overall life of the ball joint. Using a fully sealed one keeps out all the junk and gunk from offroad trails whilst requiring no maintenance, just like a factory ball joint. Those are designed to last many many years.
