Description

Full Lexus GX460 Rear Bumper kit (Prado 150), complete with left side jerry can carrier and right side spare tire carrier. This GX460 Rear Bumper kit does require some trimming of the original rear plastic bumper cover and also clearancing around the swing-out pivot mounts, due to different plastic in the Lexus vs Toyota version of this vehicle. It fits best on pre-2014 models that did not include an additional lower light right below the main rear lights. This rear bumper kit includes new turn signal, brake, and backup lights built into the bumper to pass legal standards which vary by state. The spare tire can block or obstruct the original lights, therefore new lights are added to the bumper for proper viewing.

Dobinsons Spring & Suspension USA are introducing these new Aussie-style GX460 rear bumpers to the US market for the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 150 and Lexus GX460. All bumpers offer the same features, and are sold as complete kits. The tire carrier and jerry can holder must stay on the side pictured, they’re not interchangeable. If you don’t want to install them you don’t have to, as each spindle comes with a cover, but all the parts will still be included.

• 4 Hi-lift jacking points, making lifting the vehicle easy for changing a tire

• High quality standard black powder coat finish

• All of Dobinson’s rear bumpers work around aftermarket or factory tow hitches

• Requires trimming of lower rear quarter panel, where plastic bumper cover meets metal rear bumper wings, and clearancing for the swing-out pivots. Does not require any frame modifications

• This GX460 rear bumper also suits the Prado 150 series

Cutting trimming and fitting is required to mount this bumper onto a Lexus GX460 due to slight changes under the rear taillights on the US model. This is only plastic trimming for clearance to the spindles on the swing-outs.
