C59-849V - 3" long travel, 1000LBS+ constant rear load (TEAL ONLY)
Select Rear Shocks
Only those people looking to do a full long travel rear can order the ***575 shocks. They will cause issues if you don’t have the correct replacement brake lines, bump stops, and sway bar links in place.
KDSS vehicles CANNOT use long travel rear shocks
MRA59-A701 - MRA 3-way adjustable w/resi monotube (0-3" lift)
MRA59-A575 - MRA 3-way adj w/resi monotube long travel (3"+ lifts only) - Not for KDSS
Add Front Brake Lines?
Replacement brake lines aren't required for the front of this vehicle, however adding stainless braided brake lines front and rear will increase the pedal feel and braking performance
Add Extended Rear Brake Lines?
If you've chosen the **575 Long Travel rear shocks, new extended rear brake lines are required with these shocks
Add New UCA's?
New Upper Control Arms (UCA's) can greatly increase the quality of the wheel alignment, mainly in the caster setting, improving steering and handling. Should be used for 2.5″ or more of lift
Add a Diff Drop Kit?
Diff drop kit is for 3″+ lift, or when using 574 long travel struts to avoid CV binding at full droop
Add New Strut Mounts?
If you want to add new front strut top mounts so you don't have to separate the old coilovers and reuse the mounts, add that here
Add Front Strut Assembly?
If you want the front coils, struts and new strut mounts (must be added above) to be assembled prior to shipping, add that here
Select Coil Seat Height
If you've chosen to have the struts assembled, select what coil seat height you would like. Standard is 213mm and only the coils do the lifting. 220mm adds 1/2" of lift. 226mm adds 1" of lift, so using a 2" coil with the 226mm raised seat height gives 3" of lift, for example
Add Front or Rear Lean Correction Spacer?
If your vehicle already leans to one side, add this to the low side during assembly. KDSS vehicles should use the Treaty Oak Spacer Kit in the next section when lifting 2" or more. A 1/4" front spacer adds 1/2" of lift. Rear is 15mm (1/2") of lift.
Add KDSS Spacer Kit?
Treaty Oak Offroad designed their KDSS spacer kit to not only help prevent a vehicle lean left to right but also to soften up the suspension after it's been lifted by re-aligning the sway bars front and rear back to a more neutral position. This also gains panhard rod clearance when using longer shocks.
Add Rear Panhard Rod?
For lifts of 3" or more, a heavy duty adjustable panhard rod will allow you to re-center your axle. This can also be used with any height, but for those needing a stronger panhard rod than stock
Add New Front High-Clearance CV Boots?
If your vehicle is older, and you plan to lift 3" or more, new high-clearance CV boots are a great option
Add Front Swaybar Relocation Kit? (only non-KDSS vehicles)
The Dobinsons front swaybar relocation kit repositions the front sway bar (non KDSS models only) for proper clearance and working angle when lifted 2" or more.
Add Extended Front Swaybar links? (only non-KDSS vehicles)
Factory sway bar links are prone to bending and breaking and can even puncture your CV boots. All-Pro's heavy-duty Toyota front sway bar links replace the weak stock links using top quality Teflon lined 3/4" Heim Joints and hefty .156 wall DOM tubing.
Add Extended Rear Swaybar links? (only non-KDSS vehicles)
For 2" lift or more, the stock sway bar angle is out of alignment and inhibits proper articulation and comfort. Adding longer links corrects this
Add Front Bump Stops?
If you regularly offroad, extending your bump stops helps reduce the harsh impact when the front bottoms out. Click the small box to the right of the product for more information.
Add Rear Bump Stops?
For those who regularly offroad and stand a chance to bottom out more often, or for those running the 575 long travel shocks, new bump stops should be added
Add Rear Bump Stop Extensions?
If you're running the *575 Long Travel rear shocks, proper extended bump stops, or bump stop extensions are required at a minimum so the shocks don't bottom out
Add New Rear Trailing Arms?
For heavy offroading, or for true long travel, new upper and lower adjustable trailing arms help correct pinion angle, give better articulation, and are much much stronger than stock
Add Rear Trailing Arm Skids?
Protect the vulnerable rear lower link mounts on your vehicle with a pair of lower link skids from RCI Metalworks
Add Rear Lower Shock Mount Skids?
Protect your rear low hanging shock mounts with RCI heavy duty rear shock mount skid plates
Add Airbags?
If you regularly tow with your vehicle, carry a motorcycle on a hitch mount, or have huge variances between daily weight and loaded trip weight, a set of Firestone helper air springs will be very useful. Inserts inside your rear coil springs to add additional load support, Manually inflate or deflate the air bags to add or remove support or height.
Firestone 4135 is for 0-1.5" of lift
Firestone 4108 is for 2-3" of lift
Upgrade Front Brakes?
This is not required with the suspension, but considering that when adding a lot more weight and rolling mass to the vehicles, the stock brakes aren't doing the job they're supposed to. Adding the Powerbrake D-Line Rotor and Pad kit gives bolt-on excellent performance without needing to replace so many parts. Or go all out with the X-Line Big Brake Kit and add massive front stopping power with new 6-piston calipers, brake lines, pads and rotors
Upgrade Rear Brakes?

Dobinsons suspension is one of the most popular and highly sought-after suspension systems offered for Toyota 4Runners in the USA.  Why are people always looking for it?  It’s because you’ll be hard pressed to find any negative reviews of the products anywhere online.  Check out the web forums such as T4R.org and 4Runners.com in addition to IH8MUD.com and you’ll see plenty of reviews and customer feedback and questions for all the Toyota offerings from Dobinsons.  The proof is right there, listen to what the people have to say.

Dobinsons MRA 4runner lift kits are designed, developed and tested in Australia by Dobinsons Spring & Suspension, in-house suspension design engineers, our 4×4 shock absorbers and coil springs are designed and tested to perform in the harshest conditions right across the world. As we export to over 40 countries worldwide from their Australian head office, the importance of quality is at the forefront in the complete design and manufacturing process. This ensures every shock and coil spring can withstand the blistering heat and corrugations of the Australian outback right through to the subzero temperatures of a Russian winter.

Built on the back of the race winning Monotube Remote Reservoir (MRR) shock absorbers, Dobinsons new range of MRR Adjustable shock absorbers combine the best in high performance race-bred Monotube technology, with an all new 3-way damping adjustment system to turn your 4×4 into the ultimate off-road machine. Each component of the MRR shock absorber has been refined and improved to offer a higher level of ride quality, vehicle control and shock absorber performance.

The new 6063 honed aluminum reservoir, revised light-weight floating piston, Carbon Fibre/PTFE/Disulphide composite wear band, improved 3-stage sealing system and the ability to run lower gas pressure with the addition of the reservoir compression adjuster, have combined to provide massive reductions in shock absorber friction, resulting in an improved vehicle ride and damping performance. The revised sealing design now provides a 3 stage FKM-HNBR shaft seal system that, when combined with the reduced operating frictions, provides a vastly increased service life with reduced wear.

The Micro-polished, hard chromed and heat treated shock shaft, revised CNC aluminum high flow race piston, and DOM Seamless tubing body provides the ultimate in performance and off-road durability. The 3-way adjustment design reduces the main piston working load, distributing heat more evenly between the main piston and the reservoir piston for reduced operating temperatures, and allows quick and easy damping changes for the ultimate in shock tunability in varying terrain and vehicle loads, to keep you controlled and comfortable. Enjoy the ride…

We proudly manufacture the highest quality replacement coil springs for many different applications, complying to ISO9001:2008 international quality standards from our state of the art manufacturing facility in Central Queensland, Australia.

All Dobinsons 4runner lift kit coil springs are load tested and scragged 100% to eliminate subsequent spring sag. We also perform spring fatigue and hardness testing using in-house state of the art testing equipment.

***2.5″ or more of lift, new UCA’s are recommended***
NOTE: For a lift of 3″ in the rear, new extended brake lines and minimum of 2″ bump stop extensions are required to be used with our long travel rear shocks.  At full extension, the stock brake lines could get damaged, and with stock bump stops in place, the shocks will bottom out before the bump stop fully engages, which will quickly destroy the shocks.
