The 4Runner Full Aluminum Underbody Protection Kit, designed for the 2010-2024 Toyota 4Runner 4×4 V6 with KDSS sway bars, includes five skid plates: a Front KDSS compatible Skid Plate (534153), a Transmission/Gearbox Skid Plate (534161), a Transfer Case Skid Plate (534165), a Fuel Tank Skid Plate (534172), and an Exhaust Skid Plate (558180).

Manufactured from high-quality, laser-cut 1/4″ aluminum, the 4runner skid plate kit strikes the ideal balance between strength and weight, offering optimal protection for vulnerable under-vehicle components. The skid plates are designed to complement the 4Runner’s structure while minimizing ground clearance loss. They feature stiffening and reinforcing ribs for added strength in key areas.

Installation is easy— the Toyota 4Runner skid plate is directly bolted onto the vehicle’s chassis and supported by zinc-coated steel brackets, ensuring durability. Ventilation openings help reduce heat buildup, while drain holes allow for easy removal of debris like pebbles, dirt, or water, which may collect during off-roading. No cutting or drilling is required, and all necessary hardware is included. The full set weighs 34 kg (75 lbs) and is proudly made in Israel, providing a robust upgrade for the Toyota 4Runner.

Not suitable for vehicles running a diff drop, as the front skid plate uses up all possible space for maximum clearance and a diff drop kit will interfere with the fitment.
