When you get ready to deploy your winch rope, you’ll need to grab an ARB730LB tree saver strap in addition to your gloves, a shackle, and a winch cable damper. By placing the strap around the tree, you’ll not only have a great place to pull from, but you’ll also be able to keep the strap as low to the ground on the tree as possible, where the tree is the strongest.
