Select Rear Leaf Springs

Add up the total amount of added weight you'll be adding to your truck, or not, and choose a spring that suits that added weight and the desired lift height
L19-131-R - lifts 35mm (1.4") over stock height with up to 220LBS of added weight
L19-132-R - lifts 40mm (1.6″) over stock height with 600LBS of added constant weight – lifts more with less weight
L19-133-R - lifts 40mm (1.6″) over stock height with 1100LBS of added constant weight – lifts more with less weight – only run with a super heavy constant rear load!!
L19-135-RP - lifts 60mm (2.5″) with stock weight, OR 50mm (2.0″) over stock height with up to 300LBS of added constant weight

Rear Shocks

1 Kit covers the vehicle, fits into both ends of the leaf springs as well as the top of the shackle (all 6 positions)

Rear U-Bolts

1 is enough for 1 vehicle. The thicker leaf springs require new U-bolts

Greasable Shackle Kit

This is optional, allows you to grease the shackle pins and new greasable bushings to make them move as smoothly as possible, and clear out any mud or water from them after going offroad

Greasable Pin Kit

This is optional. A pair of greasable pins/bolts that go into the fixed end of the leaf springs, to compliment the shackle kit, and be able to grease that end as well

Dobinsons IMS Ranger 1.75″ Suspension Kit for the Ford Ranger USA Spec from 2019-2023+ 4×4 Trucks. This complete kit will bring all new parts to properly lift your Ford Ranger and add higher performance, better offroad comfort and long lasting durability to make your truck unstoppable offroad!!

Choose the appropriate front coils and rear springs to suit how you have your truck setup. Added weight with things such as a bumper, winch, lights, skid plates, bed racks, drawers, rear bumpers, or rooftop tents all add up fast, so take all of that into consideration before making your selections.

Dobinsons IMS Ranger lift kit is designed, developed and tested in Australia by Dobinsons Spring & Suspension, in-house suspension design engineers, our 4×4 shock absorbers and coil springs are designed and tested to perform in the harshest conditions right across the world. As we export to over 40 countries worldwide from their Australian head office, the importance of quality is at the forefront in the complete design and manufacturing process. This ensures every shock and coil spring can withstand the blistering heat and corrugations of the Australian outback right through to the subzero temperatures of a Russian winter.

Dobinsons IMS Ranger monotube shock absorbers are designed for next level performance over twin tube shocks in those hot, harsh, demanding conditions. By utilizing the monotube design, Dobinsons IMS shock absorbers are able to resist fade far longer on corrugated roads, long or hard working 4WD trips, towing or racing conditions.
The larger 50 and 60mm high flow pistons reduce internal pressures, reduce the heat generated, transfer heat to the body for faster cooling and offer improved damping performance and vehicle control at higher shaft speeds on rough terrain and during big impacts. Threaded bodies on struts allow for fine tuning of height and offer further improvements in cooling. The micropolished, hard chromed and heat treat shock shaft, CNC aluminum high flow race inspired piston, and DOM seamless tubing body provides the ultimate in performance and off-road durability.

Composite piston wear bands, high quality Fuchs oil and a race style 3-stage sealing system offer the lowest levels of friction whilst maintaining durability and longevity without the need for frequent rebuilding or servicing. Dobinsons team of engineers spend hundreds of hours of testing and tuning the shim stacks and damping Characteristics in each IMS shock to ensure a balance of comfort, handling, vehicle control and off-road performance – Enjoy the ride

All Dobinsons IMS Ranger lift kit coil springs are load tested and scragged 100% to eliminate subsequent spring sag. We also perform spring fatigue and hardness testing using in-house state of the art testing equipment.
