Dobinsons C59-221V are Rear Progressive / Variable rate coils (stock height) with no additional accessory weight on the rear of the vehicle, such as a replacement bumper, roof rack, or drawers. Lift heights may vary depending on the age of the vehicle, and all accessories and weight added to it. The idea of these coils is to replace the original coils that may still be on the vehicle, or to replace the under-performing aftermarket coils that may be on it so that you can achieve the correct rear stock height and also gain ride comfort and load carrying ability.
