Tacoma front coils lift heights may vary depending on the age of the vehicle, and all accessories and weight added to it.

Stock weight = all stock front end | 110 LBS is usually a slim line bumper and winch with synthetic line | 220 LBS is usually a full width steel bumper with a winch and synthetic or steel line | 300+ LBS is usually a full with steel bumper, winch, dual batteries, and skid plates

Note: Access Cab models come with 1″ lift from the factory. Deduct 1″ lift from the lifted heights, or add longer/taller struts to regain that 1″

C59-238 – 0-1/4″ lift Closest to stock height
C59-300 – 1″ Lift with stock front end
C59-302 – 1.6″ Lift stock front end, 1.25″ with light bumper OR winch
C59-314 – 2″ lift stock front end, 1.75″ with 100LBS
C59-350 – 1.5″ to 1.75″ with 200-240LBS, 2″ with stock weight (heavy rate)
C59-352 – 2″ lift with 180-220 lbs, or 2.4″ with stock weight (heavy rate)
C59-354 – 2.4″ lift with 180-220LBS, or 2″ with 280-300LBS (heavy rate)
C59-318 – 3.0″ lift with 110-220LBS (heavy rate)

All our coil springs are load tested and scragged 100% to eliminate subsequent spring sag, and ensure they meet and maintain the required specifications. We also perform spring fatigue and hardness testing using in-house state of the art testing equipment.

Our design engineers utilize the latest Tacoma front coils spring design programs to ensure each spring meets or exceeds the design requirements, to achieve maximum working life. These state-of-the-art design programs are crucial when designing variable/progressive rate springs, ensuring laden and unladen spring rates are correct, providing the best possible ride comfort and handling.
