- Use with Dobinsons Leaf Springs or any other brand that can accept OE-size bushings
- Pressing of OE bushings may be necessary during removal and installation
- Replaces OE bushings in all 6 positions of rear leaf springs, top and bottom of the shackle and the fixed end
- Greasable bolts are sold in pairs, sold separately
- OE bushings have to be pressed out of the shackle, INCLUDING the outer metal sleeve of the bushing, to fit these

Dobinsons PB59-1094K by Dobinsons Spring & Suspension rear polyurethane leaf spring bush kit for 2005 to 2024 Toyota Hilux Vigo and Revo 4×4. Replaces OE bushes with high quality polyurethane for maximum vibration dampening and best cabin comfort. Bushes have unique internal diamond grease traps to maximize bush life and reduce squeaking or noise. These Dobinsons PB59-1094K replace the OE bushing, or the bushing that is supplied with some leaf spring manufacturers which are prone to squeaking. Kit contains 6 bushes, for the fixed end and both shackle ends of each leaf spring (6 positions total). Only one bush kit is required per vehicle.
It is recommended to add Dobinsons greasable pin (bolt) kit to the bushings so that you can add grease to the inside of the bushings without having to disassemble the suspension. Adding grease between the pivot points reduces noise, helps maintain free movement of the suspension and also maximizes bushing life so that dirt and grit doesn’t cause the poly bushings to wear out prematurely.
