Select Front Coil Color
Select what color you would prefer the coils to be. If that is not available, we will contact you with an ETA or options
Select Front Struts
Both are height adjustable with a fully threaded body (they're coilovers)
IMS59-50220 - IMS non-resi monotube extended travel, adj height
MRA59-A220 - MRA 3-way adjustable w/resi monotube, adj height

MRA59-A941 - MRA 3-way adj w/resi monotube long travel for 2-3.5" of lift (requires long brake lines and bump stops)
Select Rear Leaf Springs
Poly bushings are included with these leaf springs.
Select the suitable leaf spring pair to match how much constant rear accessory weight you have. NOTE: for long bed models, we suggest going one spring rating higher, due to the extra leverage over the rear, which reduces lift height.
NOTE: Extended bump stops are required with these leaf springs to prevent inverting
Standard - 3.0" lift with light to medium rear weight
Expedition 500LBS - 3.0" Lift with 500LBS constant rear load - Heavy Duty
Expedition 1000LBS - 3.0" Lift with 1000LBS constant rear load - Extra Heavy Duty
Add New U-bolts or a Flip Kit?
If you are adding the Timbren or Wheeler's U-Bolt flip kit with new bump stops, you won't need the regular u-bolts. A Flip Kit with new bump stops is strongly recommended, as the leaf springs will invert if upgraded bump stops are not run. Any time leaf springs are changed, new u-bolts should be used.
Add Front Upper Control Arms (UCA's)?
New UCA's can greatly increase the quality of the wheel alignment, mainly in the caster setting, improving steering and handling. These are required at 3" of lift
Add Strut Mounts and/or Assembly?
Here you can add new strut top mounts with hardware, and also if you want the coilovers pre-assembled prior to shipping, select the bundle
Front Assembled Coil Seat Height
If you've chosen to have the struts assembled, select what coil seat height you would like. Standard is 213mm and only the coils do the lifting. Raising adds preload to add more lift, so using a 2" coil with the 1" raised seat height gives 3" of lift, for example
Add a Diff Drop Kit?
Diff drop kit, suitable for 2.5"+ lift heights, reducing CV angles
Add a Front Strut Spacer?
Tacoma's are famous for leaning, adding a 1/4" thick spacer adds 1/2" of lift to that side, used on driver's side.
Add Front Sway Bar Relocation?
Front sway bar relocation kit, recommended for 3"+ of lift, moves the stock sway bar into a better working position after lifting the vehicle.
Add Extended Front Swaybar links?
Factory sway bar links are prone to bending and breaking and can even puncture your CV boots. All-Pro's heavy-duty Toyota front sway bar links replace the weak stock links using top quality Teflon lined 3/4" Heim Joints and hefty .156 wall DOM tubing.
Upgrade Front Bump Stops?
For those who regularly offroad or might hit their stock bump stops, it's worth upgrading to higher quality bump stops that will engage sooner on a lifted vehicle
Upgrade Rear Bump Stops?
If you're using the regular Dobinsons U-bolts and want to upgrade the rear bump stops at the same time as the full install, you can add these. If you chose a u-bolt flip kit above, they come with new bump stops already. New bump stops are required with these leaf springs to prevent inverting - either buy a flip kit with bump stops, or bump stops to add to the regular u-bolt configuration
Add High Clearance CV Boots?
Stock CV boots tend to rub against each other on lifted vehicles, causing each bellow to eventually wear through. We offer high clearance options to correct that.
Add Greasable Pins/Bolts?
Greasable pins were intended to be used on the fixed end of the leaf springs, but additional greasable pins can be used in the shackle end, but the bolts must go in backwards with a washer or 2 under the head to maintain frame/chassis clearance due to bolt length. Select 1-3 pairs per vehicle.

Upgrade Front Brake Lines?
New front brake lines aren't required on this vehicle, but upgrading to performance stainless braided brake lines will increase brake performance and feel at the pedal
Add Rear Brake Lines?
We offer +2" and +4" brake lines for the rear. The +4" are only needed for the long travel rear shocks, and the +2" can be used with any lift height without long travel rear shocks
Upgrade Front Brakes?
This is not required with the suspension, but considering that when adding a lot more weight and rolling mass to the vehicles, the stock brakes aren't doing the job they're supposed to. Adding the Powerbrake D-Line Rotor and Pad kit gives bolt-on excellent performance without needing to replace so many parts. Or go all out with the X-Line Big Brake Kit and add massive front stopping power with new 6-piston calipers, brake lines, pads and rotors (requires 17" wheels)

All-Pro Expedition Tacoma Leaf Springs

All-Pro Off-Road now offers a heavy duty “Expedition” version of its popular rear leaf springs for Toyota Tacoma. Long known for the superior quality and off-road performance of their standard duty leaf springs, All-Pro’s new Expedition leafs are specifically designed to combine off-road performance with heavy duty weight carrying capacity. The popular expedition style in off-road vehicles results in trucks that are carrying heavier loads than normally seen off-road. Specialized long-distance excursion gear such as roof-top tents, recovery and repair gear, camping equipment, and extra water and other fluids can add significantly to the cargo weight of expedition vehicles. This usually means exceeding the intended operating parameters of typical performance leaf springs.

All-Pro’s Expedition Leaf Springs feature a 20% higher spring rate than their standard leaf springs. They are otherwise identical in dimension and quality, providing the same eye-to-eye measurements and wheel travel. Our Expedition leaf springs are designed to carry up to 500lbs consistently. They may settle up to 1/2″ in height.

The Expedition Leaf Springs were developed in conjunction with All-Pro’s Baja Taco R&D platform. The Baja Taco was developed as an all-around off-road vehicle with long-term expedition capabilities as a key design parameter.

Expedition Leaf Spring Specifications

  • Number of Leaves: 9 + 1 Overload/Rebound
  • Eyelet-to-Eyelet Length (Free): 54-3/8″ (1381 mm)
  • Spring Rate: 207 lbs/in

All-Pro Expedition 2.0 Tacoma Leaf Springs

The Expedition 2.0 Leaf Springs are developed as an all-around off-road suspension option with long-term expedition capabilities. Expedition-oriented products are a growing segment of the Toyota aftermarket. From rock crawlers to pre-runners, All-Pro Off-Road has always been at the forefront of development for Toyotas. So, the expedition products are a natural addition to our product line. A higher leaf count spring allows the use of thinner leaf material that yields a more flexible and progressive leaf stack, or pyramid, producing a much smoother spring rate curve throughout the complete suspension cycle. Our Expedition leaf springs are designed to carry up to 1000lbs consistently.

Expedition 2.0 Leaf Spring Specifications

  • Number of leaves 9+1 Overload/Rebound
  • Eyelet-to-Eyelet Length (Free): 54-3/8″ (1381 mm)
  • Spring Rate: 248lbs/in

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  Which direction does the leaf spring go on the truck?

A:  The double military wrap end goes in the forward fixed mount. We provide reducer sleeves for the bushings so you can simply re-use your factory bolts.

Q:  Do I need longer U-bolts and shocks?

A:  Yes on all 3 options.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • After installation, the stock rear bumps will no longer be sufficient to prevent the spring from inverting. You must purchase and install a set of bump stops that are of sufficient height to prevent the spring from going negative arch. For best results, we recommend Wheeler’s SuperBumps (sold separately). WOR-306957
  • Failure to use bump stops of sufficient height may void the spring warranty.
  • Using a lifting block or shackle flip with our springs will void the All-Pro warranty.
  • We dual-source our springs, some spring sets may have one less leaf than listed in the specifications. Clamp location may also vary slightly. This does not affect quality, performance, or spring rate.
  • Leaf springs are shipped without packaging. It is normal for springs to be scratched by freight carriers during the shipping and handling process and by customers during installation. We recommend that leaf springs be touched up with spray paint after they are installed to cover any bare metal exposed during shipping and installation.

Designed, developed and tested in Australia by Dobinsons Spring & Suspension, in-house suspension design engineers, Dobinsons 4×4 shock absorbers and coil springs are designed and tested to perform in the harshest conditions right across the world. As Dobinsons export to over 40 countries worldwide from their Australian head office, the importance of quality is at the forefront in the complete design and manufacturing process. This ensures every shock and coil spring can withstand the blistering heat and corrugations of the Australian outback right through to the subzero temperatures of a Russian winter.

Dobinsons IMS Details

Dobinsons IMS Monotube IMS59-50220 Shock Absorbers are designed for next level performance over Twin Tube Shocks in those hot, harsh, demanding conditions. By utilising the Monotube design, Dobinsons IMS59-50220 Shock Absorbers are able to resist fade far longer on corrugated roads, long or hard working 4WD trips, towing or racing conditions.

The larger 50 and 60mm high flow pistons reduce internal pressures, reduce the heat generated, transfer heat to the body for faster cooling and offer improved damping performance and vehicle control at higher shaft speeds on rough terrain and during big impacts. Threaded bodies on struts allow for fine tuning of height and offer further improvements in cooling.

The micro-polished, hard chromed and heat treated shock shaft, CNC aluminium high flow race inspired piston, and DOM seamless tubing body provides the ultimate in performance and off-road durability.

Composite piston wear bands and a race style 3-stage sealing system offer the lowest levels of friction whilst maintaining durability and longevity. Dobinsons team of engineers spend hundreds of hours of testing and tuning the shim stacks and damping characteristics in each IMS Shock to ensure a balance of comfort, handling, vehicle control and offroad performance – Enjoy the ride

Dobinsons MRA Details:

Built on the Back of the Race Winning Monotube Remote Reservoir (MRR) Shock Absorbers, Dobinsons new range of MRR Adjustable Shock Absorbers combine the best in high performance race-bred Monotube Technology, with an  all new 3-way dampening adjustment system to turn your 4×4 into the ultimate off-road machine.  Each component of the MRR Shock Absorber has been refined and improved to offer a higher level of ride quality, vehicle control and shock absorber performance.

The new 6063 honed Aluminum reservoir, revised light-weight floating piston, Carbon Fiber / PTFE / Disulphide composite wear band, improved 3 stage sealing system, and the ability to run lower gas pressure with the addition of the reservoir compression adjuster; have combined to provide massive reductions in shock absorber friction, resulting in an improved vehicle ride and dampening performance.  The revised sealing design now provides a 3 stage FKM-HNBR shaft seal system that, when combined with the reduced operating frictions, provides a vastly increased service life with reduced wear.

The Micro Polished, Hard Chromed and Heat Treated shock shaft, revised CNC aluminum high flow race piston, and DOM seamless tubing body provides the ultimate in performance and off-road durability.  The 3 Way adjustment design reduces the main piston working load, distributing heat more evenly between the main piston and the reservoir piston for reduced operating temperatures, and allows quick and easy damping changes for the ultimate in shock tunability in varying terrain and vehicle loads, to keep you controlled and comfortable.

The Dobinsons MRA59-A220 Adjustable Remote Reservoir Lift kit utilizes large bores, combined with remote oil reservoirs, provide the perfect housing for an enormous oil capacity and surface area to resist shock fade and maintain vehicle handling.

The Dobinsons MRA59-A220 Features:

10 High Speed Compression Adjustments

20 Low Speed  Compression Adjustments

15 Rebound adjustments

What this means is that you are able to tune your suspensions to accurately adjust to your current driving conditions.  No Tools are needed to adjust the suspensions compression and rebound settings, although the kit does come with a handy tool to reach the adjusters better if needed.  The rebound compression on struts is done at the top of the strut, and the rebound adjustment on the shocks is done at the base mount of the shock.  The MRA features an easy to adjust knob on the reservoir for high and low speed compression adjustment.  Due to the adjustable design there is no longer the need to choose between the firmer and comfort valved shocks, you now have the option to manage your valving on the fly, eliminating the hard choice of weather to buy your suspension based on daily comfort or having suspension heavy duty enough for your hauling needs.

Dobinsons proudly manufacture the highest quality replacement coil springs for many different applications, complying to ISO9001:2008 international quality standards from our state of the art manufacturing facility in Central Queensland, Australia.

All Dobinsons™ coil springs are load tested and scragged 100% to eliminate subsequent spring sag. We also perform spring fatigue and hardness testing using in-house state of the art testing equipment.

Note: If you have a single cab, or a 2 Wheel Drive Pre-Runner, contact us first for suspension, otherwise the lift height and ride quality may be different than listed here.
