2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma Rear U-Bolt Flip Kit

All-Pro Off-Road’s Rear U-Bolt Flip Kit turns the U-bolts upside down so the bolt ends face up and away from rocks. This modification has the dual benefit of preventing damage to U-bolt threads and increasing ground clearance.

Tacoma U-Bolt Flip Kit Includes:

New heavy-duty U-bolts
Hardened U-bolt nuts and washers
Heavy-duty U-bolt plates tapped for 3/8″ bolt (for bump stop installation)

NOTES:

Tighten bolts in X pattern until snug and torque U-bolt nuts to 93 ft lbs and re-check torque specs after 100 miles of normal driving
Plates ship raw and require paint
Will not work with Tundra
Increases clearance
Prevents U-bolt damage
Plates tapped for bump stops
Tacoma applications (will not work with Tundra)

The Tacoma U-Bolt Flip Kit come with all necessary hardware needed. Sold as a complete kit, no bump stops included. Cutting of the u-bolts to length will be required.

Note: We recommend these bump stops for lifted vehicles only. On stock height vehicles, they may hit sooner and limit up travel.

If All-Pro is unable to replace and/or repair the goods or if All-Pro, at its sole discretion, determines that neither option is commercially practicable or cannot be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods, All-Pro will refund the purchase price. The purchaser is responsible for installation and removal of all parts, freight or shipping costs, and incidental or consequential damages.
