ARB 5421100 Under Vehicle Protection Kit | Toyota 4Runner 2003-2009 4th Gen
Designed to give protection to vital underbody components including steering, engine sump, transmission and transfer case, ARB 5421100 Under Vehicle Protection Panels are laser cut, press formed and folded to provide protection to vulnerable under body components.
ARB’s new line of Skid Plates are just the thing for protecting you from that challenging off-road terrain that often has those unexpected obstacles that can cause the most vehicle destructive damage.
Designed to protect all of your vital under-body components from end to end, be reassured that your steering, oil pan and transfer cases will all be safe.
The ARB 5421100 Under Vehicle Protection will fit with or without an ARB front bar. Fitment has not been confirmed with other bar designs.

Press formed and expertly folded for optimum strength to weight.
The first skid plate panel system specifically designed for SUVs, these panels feature the same construction as the current range of panels, i.e. pressed and folded 3mm steel.
Comprises 4 panels: Front Panel (Protects power steering, engine sump, sway bar), Diff Panel (Protects front diff mounts, engine sump), Transmission (Protects transmission and transmission controls) and Transfer Case (Protects transfer case)
ARB 5421100 Key Features
Manufactured from 3mm zinc-plated and powder-coated, Laser cut steel. pressed and folded sheet steel adds more strength than a standard folded sheet.
The transmission panel is common to both kits and also to petrol and diesel engine variants. It has a two position mounting bracket providing a lower mount for petrol engine vehicles where the exhaust sits lower than diesel models.
Underbody
Designed to protect vital underbody components including steering, engine oil pan, transmission and transfercase
Vehicle Chassis
Securely bolted to the vehicle’s chassis providing outstanding structural integrity
CAUTION is required when removing foreign matter with hands while vehicle is hot or running. Replace any components as necessary.
Textured Finish
All steel components are zinc plated and powder coated in a silver textured finish
Service
Easily removed for vehicle servicing.
During servicing when panels are removed ensure fasteners are re-fitted to the correct torque values.

- High Quality Australian-made coil springs, heat treated, fully scragged, powder coated
- Choose 2 Front Twin Tube Struts, 2 Rear Twin Tube Shocks, and 4 Standard Coil Springs for a full kit, and go from there
