Front Coils
Dobinsons C59-312 give 6" of lift with stock front end weight, or 4" of lift with 200-300lbs. If you don't have added weight for the C59-310 coils, then choose the C59-312
Select Rear Coils
C59-317 - 6" with stock weight
C59-319 - 6" with 220LBS constant weight
C59-311 - 6" with 880LBS constant weight
Select Front Shocks
Choose from the regular 6" lift length shocks, or the super long travel 31" fully extended option
Select Rear Shocks
Choose from the regular 6" lift length shocks, or the super long travel 31" fully extended option
Add Front Steering Damper?
Caster Plates
These are required with a 6" lift
Rear LSPV Extension Bracket
This is required with a 6" lift. It lets you set up the rear load sensing proportioning valve so that your rear brakes will work properly when lifted
Front Panhard Rod
For lifts of 3" or more, the axle will be off center, this corrects that. Choose from left or right hand drive
Rear Panhard Rod
For lifts of 3" or more, the axle will be off center, this corrects that. Same one for left and right hand drive
Front Sway Bar Extension Brackets
These are required with a 6" lift
Rear Swaybar Extension Brackets
SE59-517 mounts to the side of the frame, SE59-519 mounts to the bottom of the frame. Check what your truck has first. These are required if running a rear sway bar
Add Rear Upper and Lower Trailing Arms?
Here you can select if you want to add some new heavy duty adjustable rear upper and lower trailing arms. These are highly recommended with 4" or more of lift to correct the pinion angle. Select the bundle to buy both at the same time
Add Front Bump Stop Extensions?
These space down the outer and inner bump stops by 1″ (25mm) or 2″ (50mm) when stacked together. This is very important when running longer shocks for 3″ or more of lift where the shocks are longer at full compression than standard shocks. If you don’t space down the bump stops so that they engage before the shock bottoms out, then you risk blowing out the shocks

Add Front Bump Stops?
Running a bigger lift with longer shocks usually requires new bump stops to control the compressed length of the shocks and also provide a better bottom-out than the old stock bump stops. Extensions or adjustments may still be needed

Add Extended Brake Lines?
Extended brake lines are required whenever using shocks for taller than a 3" lift, due to their extended down travel. This kit works for any lift height of up to 6" for 1993-1997 models only
Upgrade Front Brakes?
This is not required with the suspension, but considering that when adding a lot more weight and rolling mass to the vehicles, the stock brakes aren't doing the job they're supposed to. Adding the Powerbrake D-Line Rotor and Pad kit gives bolt-on excellent performance without needing to replace so many parts. Or go all out with the X-Line Big Brake Kit and add massive front stopping power with new 6-piston calipers, brake lines, pads and rotors. X-Line kit requires 17" wheels for caliper clearance

Description

Dobinsons 6″ lift for 80 series – Dobinsons offer this 6.0″ suspension system for the 1990 to 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series, for trucks with an aftermarket bumper and winch on the front, and various weight options for the rear.

***You can choose from the different options for coil springs based on load settings at this lift height***

Dobinsons 6″ lift kit includes front and rear shocks and coils, steering damper, 5 degree castor kit, Front and Rear adjustable panhard rods, front sway bar extensions and rear proportioning valve extension.

Designed, developed and tested in Australia by Dobinsons Spring & Suspension, in-house suspension design engineers, Dobinsons 4×4 shock absorbers and coil springs are designed and tested to perform in the harshest conditions right across the world. We export to over 40 countries worldwide from our Australian head office, the importance of quality is at the forefront in the complete design and manufacturing process. This ensures every shock and coil spring can withstand the blistering heat and corrugations of the Australian outback right through to the subzero temperatures of a Russian winter.

NOTE: Rear sway bar extension brackets are recommended, but can’t be included due to 2 different designs offered (sold separately), ask us for help.  Extended brake lines, bump stops, front drive shaft, and steering arms may be required, but are not offered by Dobinsons.  This suspension is for off-road use only.  Refer to local laws before purchasing or installation.

Our Twin Tube Nitrogen Gas charged shock absorbers are made from the world’s highest quality external and internal parts sourced worldwide. They provide a significant increase in performance over the standard shock absorbers. Our twin tube shock absorbers feature larger bodies, larger bores and increased valving performance to dramatically improve vehicle handling and control and reduces shock fade.

Built on the back of the race winning Monotube Remote Reservoir (MRR) shock absorbers, Dobinsons new range of MRR Adjustable shock absorbers combine the best in high performance race-bred Monotube technology, with an all new 3-way damping adjustment system to turn your 4×4 into the ultimate off-road machine. Each component of the MRR shock absorber has been refined and improved to offer a higher level of ride quality, vehicle control and shock absorber performance.

The new 6063 honed aluminium reservoir, revised light-weight floating piston, Carbon Fibre/PTFE/Disulphide composite wear band, improved 3-stage sealing system and the ability to run lower gas pressure with the addition of the reservoir compression adjuster, have combined to provide massive reductions in shock absorber friction, resulting in an improved vehicle ride and damping performance. The revised sealing design now provides a 3 stage FKM-HNBR shaft seal system that, when combined with the reduced operating frictions, provides a vastly increased service life with reduced wear.

The Micro-polished, hard chromed and heat treated shock shaft, revised CNC aluminium high flow race piston, and DOM Seamless tubing body provides the ultimate in performance and off-road durability. The 3-way adjustment design reduces the main piston working load, distributing heat more evenly between the main piston and the reservoir piston for reduced operating temperatures, and allows quick and easy damping changes for the ultimate in shock tunability in varying terrain and vehicle loads, to keep you controlled and comfortable. Enjoy the ride…
