  • Leveling Kit for upgrading the performance of your vehicle with new Dobinsons IMS struts and shocks
  • If you have a 2WD model, add 1″ to the listed lift heights of the front coils due to the lighter front weight of the vehicle
  • A stock 4runner comes from the factory with 2″ of rake (the rear is 2″ higher than the front).  To completely level the vehicle and remove all rake, you would lift the front 2″ and leave the rear stock.  It is recommended to leave 1″ of rake though to be able to carry a car full of people or loaded up for camping, etc.  It is not advisable to leave the rear lower than the front.
  • Can reuse the OE coils, or upgrade to Dobinsons
  • Recommended would be 1-1.5″ up front and stock height rear
  • Standard IMS coil seat height should be set to 213mm (8.39″).  Every 1/4″ added beyond that adds 1/2″ of lift height measured at the wheel.

Add Rear Coils?
You can reuse OE coils, or buy new Dobinsons coils. For these coils, every 100lbs of added weight drops the rear by about 1/4"

Add New Front Bump Stops?
If you regularly offroad, extending your bump stops helps reduce the harsh impact when the front bottoms out. Click the small box to the right of the product for more information.
Add Rear Bump Stops?
For those who regularly offroad and stand a chance to bottom out more often, or for those running the 575 long travel shocks, new bump stops should be added
Add Airbags?
If you regularly tow with your vehicle, carry a motorcycle on a hitch mount, or have huge variances between daily weight and loaded trip weight, a set of Firestone helper air springs will be very useful. Inserts inside your rear coil springs to add additional load support, Manually inflate or deflate the air bags to add or remove support or height.
