Add Front Steering Damper?
A steering damper is a shock of sorts that dampens the left to right movement of the front axle. It should be replaced when new shocks are used
Add Rear LSPV Bracket?
The rear Load Sensing Proportioning Valve won't work once the vehicle is lifted without extending the attachment points. This means the rear brakes won't engage properly.
Add Front Caster Bushings, or OE replacements?
2-3" lift heights should have added caster correction. Stock height won't need these. Buy new OE bushings if yours are worn out and/or are planning to use caster plates
Add Front Bushings, Arms to Frame End?
If you're replacing the axle-end bushings of the front arms, you can add new bushings for the frame end as well.
Add Front Swaybar Drop Brackets?
To correct front swaybar angle with lifts of 1.5" or more, helps with articulation also
Add Rear Swaybar Drop Brackets?
To correct the rear sway bar angle with lifts of 1.5" or more, helps with articulation also. SE59-517 mounts to the side of the chassis, SE59-519 to the bottom of the chassis. Go and physically verify what brackets you have on your vehicle before you place an order
Add Front Panhard Rod?
For lifts of 3" or more, the axle will be off center, this corrects that. Choose from left or right hand drive
Add Rear Panhard Rod?
For lifts of 3" or more, the axle will be off center, this corrects that. Same one for left and right hand drive
Add Rear Upper or Lower Trailing Arms?
Adjustable length, super heavy duty trailing arms - these help set your rear pinion angle as well as maximize articulation
Add Front Bump Stop Extensions?
These space down the outer and inner bump stops by 1″ (25mm) or 2″ (50mm) when stacked together. This is very important when running longer shocks for 3″ or more of lift where the shocks are longer at full compression than standard shocks. If you don’t space down the bump stops so that they engage before the shock bottoms out, then you risk blowing out the shocks

Add Front Bump Stops?
Running a bigger lift with longer shocks usually requires new bump stops to control the compressed length of the shocks and also provide a better bottom-out than the old stock bump stops. Extensions or adjustments may still be needed Click small square box on the right for full details

Running a bigger lift with longer shocks usually requires new bump stops to control the compressed length of the shocks and also provide a better bottom-out than the old stock bump stops. Extensions or adjustments may still be needed Click small square box on the right for full details
Add Airbags?
If you regularly tow with your vehicle, carry a motorcycle on a hitch mount, or have huge variances between daily weight and loaded trip weight, a set of helper air springs will be very useful. Inserts inside your rear coil springs to add additional load support, Manually inflate or deflate the air bags to add or remove support or height. For up to 2.5" lift only
Add Extended Brake Lines?
Extended brake lines are required whenever using shocks for taller than a 3" lift, due to their extended down travel. Pay attention to the year range, as they're very specific
Add Front Coil Spacer(s)?
If you want to fine tune the lift height, you can add a coil spacer or 2 on top of the coils you've selected. These are sold individually, so order 2 to lift both left and right side evenly
Add Rear Coil Spacer(s)?
If you want to fine tune the lift height, you can add a coil spacer or 2 on top of the coils you've selected. These are sold individually, so order 2 to lift both left and right side evenly
Upgrade Front Brakes?
This is not required with the suspension, but considering that when adding a lot more weight and rolling mass to the vehicles, the stock brakes aren't doing the job they're supposed to. Adding the Powerbrake D-Line Rotor and Pad kit gives bolt-on excellent performance without needing to replace so many parts. Or go all out with the X-Line Big Brake Kit and add massive front stopping power with new 6-piston calipers, brake lines, pads and rotors. X-Line kit requires 17" wheels for caliper clearance
Dobinsons offer this complete suspension system for the 1990 to 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series, with different coil and height options offered in the drop down boxes. Using the amount of adding weight/load to your vehicle, such as bumpers, winch, 2nd battery, etc, choose the appropriate weight coil and desired lift height.
Base 80 series Dobinsons kit includes front and rear shocks and coils. Additional parts available to add on.
Caster bushing kit is not included, but is strongly recommended for 1.75″+ lifts so that the correct front end caster is achieved, resulting in a proper wheel alignment and the best ride quality. Not correcting the caster will not have the vehicle driving as ideally as possible.

Designed, developed and tested in Australia by Dobinsons Spring & Suspension, in-house suspension design engineers, 80 series Dobinsons 4×4 shock absorbers and coil springs are designed and tested to perform in the harshest conditions right across the world. We export to over 40 countries worldwide from our Australian head office, the importance of quality is at the forefront in the complete design and manufacturing process. This ensures every shock and coil spring can withstand the blistering heat and corrugations of the Australian outback right through to the subzero temperatures of a Russian winter.
Our Twin Tube Nitrogen Gas charged shock absorbers are made from the world’s highest quality external and internal parts sourced worldwide. They provide a significant increase in performance over the standard shock absorbers. Our twin tube shock absorbers feature larger bodies, larger bores and increased valving performance to dramatically improve vehicle handling and control and reduces shock fade.
We proudly manufacture the highest quality replacement coil springs for many different applications, complying to ISO9001:2008 international quality standards from our state of the art manufacturing facility in Central Queensland, Australia.
All our coil springs are load tested and scragged 100% to eliminate subsequent spring sag. We also perform spring fatigue and hardness testing using in-house state of the art testing equipment.
