Description

Dobinsons SK59-076 Toyota Tundra Greasable Shackle Kit from Dobinsons Spring & Suspension. Dobinson’s range of 4×4 shackles and pins have been designed and manufactured to maximize the life of both the polyurethane bushes and shackles. Dobinsons SK59-076 Toyota Tundra Shackles Incorporate a recessed twin hole greasable design to ensure both halves of the included polyurethane bush receive even grease distribution. Greasing polyurethane bushes not only reduces friction and wear, it also reduces the chances of corrosion on the shackle pins and reduces squeaking. Dobinsons 4×4 shackles and pins are a heavy duty design and provide simple servicing through external grease nipples.

In some cases Dobinsons also provide anti-inverse shackles to prevent the shackles from inverting on lifted leaf spring vehicles, but this is not necessary with the Toyota Tundra Greasable Shackle Kit.

Dobinsons also offer a full replacement poly bushing kit for the 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra, part number PB59-1102K. This includes all bushings for the front and rear of the leaf springs and the OEM shackles. To maximize the effect of this greasable shackle kit, the Dobinsons greasable poly bushing kit should also be purchased to have greasable bushings at the other end of the leaf springs as well.

Dobinsons SP59-060 greasable pin kit is also a pair of greasable bolts to replace the stock bolts on the fixed ends of the leaf springs, and be able to grease those bushings without removing them.

Pressing of OE bushings may be necessary during removal and installation
Replaces OE bushings in all 6 positions of rear leaf springs
Each half bushing has a part number on it. Here’s the orientation of them:
- The PB59-1540 go in the front position, towards the front of the vehicle
- The PB59-1503 go in the shackle end of the leaf spring
- The PB59-1514 go in the top of the shackle, on the chassis to shackle mount
