- Why do they use air? Air is used on every semi truck on the road to reliably operate their brakes through solenoids, and ARB uses the same technology. When installed correctly, it’s ultra-reliable!!
- The ARB Air Locker is a pneumatic locking differential that uses air to facilitate the locking of both axles. This action converts your differential from a conventional open to a full spool type axle supplying 100% power to both wheels to keep you going through the worst terrain.
- This Air Locker kit includes the full differential, instruction booklet, airline, fittings, switch and cover, and necessary seals. When combined with an Air Compressor and the original differential, you’ll have everything you need as far as parts go
- It’s recommended that a qualified differential mechanic do the installation for proper setup

- “Torque Leaf”, an extra half-leaf at the top of the spring pack, increases anti-wrap properties without hindering travel or ride quality.
- Diamond-cut leaf ends to eliminate stress points which may weaken leafs and lead to premature failure
- Teflon anti-friction pads between leafs provide smoother flex, lessen spring wear and reduce noise
- Leafs are shot-peened after forming to relieve stress.
- Every completed spring pack is pre-cycled to their travel extremity for quality control and to reduce the likelihood of initial sag.
- All-Pro leaf springs are sold in pairs, with a complete urethane bushing and sleeve kit.
- Spring Rate: 151 lbs/in for Standard, 207 lbs/in for Expedition, and 248 lbs/in for Expedition 2.0 Leaf Springs
- After installation, the stock rear bumps will no longer be sufficient to prevent the spring from inverting. You must purchase and install a set of bump stops that are of sufficient height to prevent the spring from going negative arch. For best results, we recommend Wheeler’s SuperBumps (sold separately). - 4″ Extended brake lines – recommended at this lift height
