A new brand for Exit Offroad has been added to the site this week, Factor 55!! This is to compliment the already huge range of recovery gear we offer, but mainly as add-ons for the winches we sell, giving people a huge variety of different ways to customize their rigs. Many of you already know who Factor 55 are and what they do, but we’ll break it down real quick here for you in case you haven’t heard of them before.

About Factor 55:

Located in Boise, Idaho we are an engineering design firm specializing in mechanical design and analysis. Our staff has extensive experience in the Aerospace, Defense, and semiconductor industry but we have always been passionate about off roading through out our careers. All of our products are designed in house using the latest 3D CAD software and optimized using Cosmos FEA ( Finite Element Analysis). Before we release any products to the public, we also perform a destructive test on each design with the assistance of a test facility equipped with test measurement and data recording equipment. We take great pride in knowing all of our products are derived from sound engineering disciplines. Why go through all of this for the off road market? Simple, we want to make sure we are producing the highest quality, best value products for our customers.

The range Exit Offroad is now carrying isn’t their full product range, but suitable for the other products we offer to compliment them, including the various shackle mounts that replace the standard hook at the end of your winch line, and the Hitchlink recovery hitch, which fits into any 2″ hitch receiver so that you have a safe place to connect a winch line or recovery strap or rope to.

We here at Exit Offroad are very selective about which brands and which specific items we offer for sale. Over the years, bumper have been one of the more difficult things to sell and ship across the country without damage due to the way so many items are packaged and handled during transit. Now Warn Industries have created an excellent lineup of more compact Warn bumpers with an excellent coating and great packaging to alleviate those issues. We have added some pretty great add-on products this week!!
When building up your vehicle, it’s not uncommon to need a few extra parts during the installation.  If you’re lifting your vehicle, and changing out old stock suspension, your CV boots may be worn out, and as soon as you lift it, the small cracks that may be in them will expand out and before long, you’ll need to replace your boots.  We’ve added some extremely affordable and all-inclusive CV Boot Kits to the website for the most popular vehicles we sell suspension for.  They even include the clips, clamps, grease, as well as the crimp tool for installation!!  Check those out!!!

We have also added these complete All Pro Offroad Body Mount Relocation Kits.  This has everything you need except the tools and talent to put them in!!  If you’re going to run bigger tires on your IFS Toyota, like 35’s, then you’ll definitely need to do something concerning the body mount at the back of the front fenders.  These kits will tuck away your mounts and you won’t have to worry about them ever again!!  Each kit comes in pairs with necessary hardware and bushings, as well as instructions.  There’s a video on the website pages as well to show how to get it done!!
